ARCH Warranty

All products manufactured and marketed by Arch Environmental Equipment, Inc. are covered under the following warranty:

IIn the unlikely event that problems are experienced with any Arch Environmental Equipment, Inc. product, a factory representative will arrange an on-site inspection. If during this inspection, any components are determined to contain defects in the material or workmanship, they will be replaced free of charge.

At any point the customer feels that the product is not performing as expected and wishes to return it, full credit will be issued (stocking charges may apply).

NOTE:  The core of the ARCH 'Twister' Tensioner® is guaranteed for the life of the conveyor.  Should it fail, Arch Environmental Equipment, Inc. will replace it free of charge.
