Eliminates conveyor-caused dust problems at the source with a two-stage cleaning action.
Dust can be a major problem with conveyors. Conventional scrapers can't solve the problem, because the dust is embedded in cracks and crevices in the belt. The Dust Shark solves the problem with a two-stage washing action:
- Up to 98 percent of the fine dust is flushed into the self-cleaning drain pan, where it is then washed away. A stainless steel drain pan is standard.
- Two-stage cleaning action removes dust not only from the surface, but from the cracks and crevices in the belt.
- Low water consumption.
- Operates automatically. Whenever the conveyor is running, the Dust Shark is cleaning.
